Wine Critics Notes:
Allen Meadows - Score: 88(2006 January)
Elegant, pure and expressive upper register red pinot fruit aromas nuanced with obvious minerality and a hint of underbrush complement round, rich, sweet and notably well delineated medium weight flavors and a low acid finish. The minerality adds a bit of lift to the finish and while this retains its usual fine sense of elegance, it's less racy than most vintages.
